Nylon is the Chinese name for synthetic fiber nylon, also known as“Nylon”, “Nylon”, or polyamide fiber. It is the world’s first synthetic fiber variety, and because of its good performance, and rich raw material resources, has been widely used.
Properties of polyamide
Strong, wear-resistant, ranking first in all fibers. Its abrasion resistance is 10 times of cotton fiber, 10 times dry viscose fiber, and wet fiber 140 times. Therefore, its durability is excellent.
The elasticity and elastic recovery of Polyamide fabric are excellent, but it is easy to deform under small external force, so the fabric is easy to wrinkle during wearing.
Poor ventilation, easy to produce static electricity.
The hygroscopicity of Polyamide fabric is better than synthetic fabric, so the clothes made of Polyamide are more comfortable to wear than those made of polyester.
Good resistance to moth and corrosion.
Heat and light resistance is not good enough, ironing temperature should be controlled at 140 °C or below. In the wearing, the process must pay attention to washing, and maintenance conditions, so as not to damage the fabric.
Nylon fabric is a light fabric, in the synthetic fiber fabric only listed after polypropylene, acrylic fabric, therefore, suitable for making mountaineering clothing, winter clothing, etc.
Nylon pure spinning fabric

01. Taslon
Taslon is a kind of nylon fabric, including Jacquard taslon , Honeycomb Taslon, all extinction Taslon and so on. Uses high-grade clothing fabrics, ready-made clothing fabrics, golf clothing fabrics, high-grade down jacket fabrics, high waterproof breathable fabrics, multi-layer composite fabrics, and functional fabrics.
A. Jacquard Taslon
the warp yarn is 76DTEX (70D nylon filament, the weft yarn is 167DTEX (150D nylon air textured yarn, and the fabric weave is interwoven on a water-jet loom with a double flat jacquard structure. Fabric gray cloth width of 165 cm, per square meter weight of 158 g, there are purple, grass green, light green, and other different shades of color varieties. The fabric has the advantages of not fading and wrinkling, strong color fastness, and so on.
B. Honeycomb Taslon
the fabric is made of 76dtex nylon FDY warp yarn and 167dtex nylon air-textured weft yarn with a warp and weft density of 430/10cm × 200/10cm, interwoven on a water-jet loom with a tap, basic selection of double-layer plain weave, fabric to form a honeycomb lattice, grey fabric after the first relaxation scouring, alkali reduction, dyeing, after the soft, shaped treatment. Fabric with good breathability feels dry, soft, and elegant, wears comfortable, and other characteristics.
C. All-extinction Taslon
fabric warp yarn with 76dtex all-extinction nylon-6FDY, weft yarn with 167dtex all-extinction nylon air textured yarn. The most outstanding advantage is wearing more comfortable, warm, and breathable.
02. Nylon Taffeta

Nylon blended and interwoven fabrics
Using nylon filament or staple fiber and other fibers blended or interwoven fabric, both of the characteristics of a variety of fibers.
01. Sticky/brocade
Viscose/nylon, there are two blending ratios, one is 15% nylon, 85% viscose fiber; the other is 25% nylon, 75% viscose fiber. Warp and weft yarns are blended yarns, 2/2 twill fabric. This fabric is more than double the weft density, so the texture is thick and compact, tough, and wear-resistant. The surface is smooth and glossy. The disadvantages are poor elasticity, easy to wrinkle, wet strength small, the shrinkage rate is larger, washing when the body becomes hard, and wear when easy to droop.
02. Sticky/Jin fan li ding
Viscose/nylon velcro, called nylon plain, has 15% nylon, 85% viscose fiber, and 25% nylon, 75% viscose fiber in two ratios, blended into double-ply yarn fabric. Plain weave, the same appearance on both sides, feels quite cool, but not soft enough, shiny next to gabardine it.
03. Sticky/Nylon Serge
Viscose/Nylon Serge, also known as nylon serge, is a 2/2 twill texture, it looks similar to gabardine, by density than Gabardine 40% smaller, weft density close. Because the serge surface is flatter than gabardine, grain is also wide, and intertexture points clearly visible, but the feel is not as Gabardine, strength, and gloss are poor.
04. Nylon/Woolen Tweed
Viscose/Brocade/Woolen Tweed, Worsted Tweed, mostly plain tweed, referred to as the three-in-one Tweed. It is blended in a 4:4:2 ratio. Due to the use of yarns with different twist directions as warp and weft yarns, the fabric has a pattern on the surface due to the reflection of light.
05. Nylon/Viscose/Elastic Faille/Grosgrain/Bengaline
Nylon/Viscose/Elastic Faille/Grosgrain/Bengaline fabric is a warp yarn woven on an air-jet loom using spandex/nylon-covered yarn as raw material, the grey fabric was treated by relaxation, desizing, alkali treatment, dyeing (with reactive and disperse dyes) and setting finishing. The product has not only viscose fiber fabric style, and nylon fabric luster effect, both with spandex fabric elastic function; fabric with cotton texture, comfort, and stretch.
